Saka Saka is about two siblings Alex Abueg (Falcon) and Abner Abueg (Marco), whose family and lives are shattered upon their initiation to the violent world of political assassins or saka saka. In this movie, it exposes the secret world of the saka saka as it explores and interrogates the age-old conflict between lawful righteousness and violent revenge. The movie is set against the contrasting backdrops of rustic, provincial life and the fast-paced, modern culture of the metropolis. By essence it is a story about family movie wherein it challenges audiences to think about the extreme extents that they may do to defend and protect their families from oppression and corruption.

The story is set at the Parakram SAF (Special Action Force) Base Camp in Mumbai. The academy, led by elite officers, opens its doors to a group of civilian cadets for an intensive training program designed to prepare them for potential national threats.While the cadets undergo grueling physical and mental tests, the academy faces external threats, including terrorist plots and internal sabotage. The "Ziddi" (stubborn) nature of the characters refers to their refusal to give up—whether it's on their country, their duty, or their love.

A reigning monarch, Raja Mahendra Pratap, in India has a problem, to be precise five problems, from five different wives, all deceased now, in the shape and form of his sons, Shiv, Veer, Gyan, Rudra, and Surya, who have grown up, are matured, but still behave like children. While one son is on the look out for a golden deer; the other goes through their swimming pool looking for a mermaid; the third is a walking talking Bollywood directory full of dialogs from Mughal-E-Azam and Sholay; the fourth is obsessed with Raat Rani; and the fifth with kites of all shapes and colors. In order to find a solution, the Raja consults with Dr. Lapadia, who advises him to get his sons married. For this purpose, Dr. Lapadia brings five women, namely Noorie Topaz, Geeta Delhiwali, Sita Devi, Julie Lele, and Bobby Veerappa. The five women befriend the five brothers, hot romance ensues, and soon the brothers believe that their problems have been solved and each has met his soul-mate.
